PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Physical Education Department believes that physical education is an integral part of the holistic development of every child. We aim to develop fit and healthy students who are also resilient and adventurous.

SEXUAL EDUCATION

Sexuality Education is delivered in a holistic manner through the school curriculum. The content for Sexuality Education is grouped into five main themes: Human Development, Interpersonal Relationships, Sexual Health, Sexual Behaviour, and, Culture, Society and Law.

AWARENESS ON HEALTH

To ensure appropriate information about mental and physical health and identifying health deficiencies which may involve food desert issues, the lack of healthy food in our communities, activities transportation issues.

SCIENCE EXPO

“We can learn from our experience, but we cannot teach experience.” “The object of education is to prepare the young to educate themselves throughout their lives.”

AWARENESS ON ROAD SAFETY

Knowing and following the rules of the road provide our experience. It helps us in avoiding accidents.
